New Finds Wednesday

One of the beauties of decorating with vintage finds and antiques is the fact that your home becomes
unique. A true reflection of items and furniture that you have hand-picked to create your own style.
You won't go to the department store and find 40 of the same items--
but you mostly will come across one-of-a-kind
treasures when you cherish and decorate the "green" way!

Instant warmth and whimsy, this vintage fabric elephant is colorful and adorable. Plop him on a desk, or
a chest and what a statement you have!

Love the original paint on this vintage  wooden work chest with tons of possibilities. It opens and reveals a few drawers. Imagine how cute a succulent garden would be planted in this, or it can be ideal for your art supplies.  We have a few wine barrel peace signs in the shop. Love the recycling!
Below is a vintage candle holder from Italy.
Our newest seller in Whimsy is Cindy and her space is lots of fun! Starting with the
amazing designer fabric on the walls, to the AstroTurf on the floor, you will find her collections
wonderful!  The painting of the man is by a listed artist and the solemn expression on
his face just seems to relax me every time I peer into her space.
Below him are vintage Japanese original hand tinted photographs in wonderful frames.
More elephants! These candleholders are large and bold and unique!
A great find is this vintage wooden folk art child's sand toy! All original--it is a large
piece that would certainly add character to any room.
If you think this is a crate of eggs, look again! A collection of wooden darners is more like it!
Start a collection--here is a great start!
A wonderful antique quilt is superb condition in Ranell's space.
To me this artist's palette IS ART! Gorgeous colors---great old wooden palette.
Come to Whimsy on 7th Street and explore lots of vintage nautical finds!
This wooden shelf/chalkboard/towel rack is very large and very useful. Use in a kitchen, bath,
entryway...to name a few....
And the last featured item is this mid century mosaic piece of art is rather large and would make a
great statement indoors or out.
Hoping to see you at Whimsy soon!
